The Project:Connect (PC) awards are based on a calendar year. The PC logs and reports will be pulled and tallied yearly on December 1st to determine the winning chapters.
1. P:C Volunteer Implementation Excellence:
An award will be given to the top 5% of chapters with the highest reported number of hours per member facilitating lesson plans and/or teaching game play face-to-face (in person or via virtual volunteer technology like WebEx) to participants. This information will be pulled from iMIS.
Award is based on (total hours/total membership).
Examples:
7 hours / 862 members = .008* (winner)
7 hours / 1,145 members = .006
7 hours / 3,500 members = .002
14 hours / 4,000 members = .003
2. P:C Organizational Usage Excellence:
